In order to ensure your learners can access and complete the online training, please configure the following:

Sites to Whitelist and disable any content caching:
*.vubiz.com
*.vubizlearning.com
*.api.video

For any e-commerce transactions, TLS 1.2 or higher

If Vubiz is sending emails from your domain (i.e. training@companyname.com) then you will need to add the following Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Records:
